Candidates for the next UMAC Board

A new Executive Board has been elected during the next ICOM triennial plenary meeting in Shanghai 2010. The new Executive Boar consists of:

1 x Chair
2 x Vice-Chairs
1 x Secretary
1 x Treasurer
1 x Newsletter Editor
1 x Web Editor
3 x other members of the Board

Chairpersons of Working Groups of the Committee and UMACJ Editors must be voting members and are to be considered as ex officio members of the Board of the Committee (if not Board members in their own right).

Election procedure

Only UMAC members may vote during the UMAC Conference in Shanghai. For those members that will not be able to attend the Conference they may vote by proxy or by Email:

If you intend to vote by email you should send a message with the names of candidates that you support, to the Secretary (secretary@umac.icom.museum) until October 30, 2010.

If you intend to appoint another voting member of that Committee as proxy, you should provide this UMAC member with a signed print of the attached proxy.
